Casa Oakdene is a luxury detached villa located in the Old Village area of Vilamoura in the Algarve.

It has recently undergone a full refurbishment both inside and outside.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, each sleeping 2 (which can be made up in king size or singles to suit your needs). It has a beautiful open plan lounge with sofa seating, TV, modern kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is newly fitted with dishwasher, microwave, ovens, family fridge freezer and all the modern cons with which to enjoy a well earned self catering holiday. There is a well equipped utility room with extra fridge freezer and washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The basement has a games room with table tennis table, TV and Nintendo Wii console. It can also sleep up to 4 people should you wish to.

The villa has full air conditioning.

On the outside there is a newly landscaped garden & pool area. A terrace with seating for 8 – 10 people with BBQ area, sunbeds by the pool and covered seating area by the pool area.

There is a Jacuzzi available (at additional cost) and should you wish to stay during the cooler months, pool heating is also available at extra cost.

The property is secured with electric gates with ample free street parking plus 1 secure parking space on property.

It is located 200 yards from the Old Village with supermarket, restaurants & cafes. The supermarket also supplies British newspapers. There are great places to get breakfast, lunch & dinner. Bars with flat screen for Sports. The villa is close enough to different eateries but far enough that you won’t be disturbed by any noise.

It is a 20 minute walk from the beautiful Marina. There is a wide variety of restaurants to choose from not to mention bars, clubs, cafes & shops. It caters for everyone.

The Vilamoura tourist trains (up to 4 per hour) pull up 100 yards from the front door which stop at Marina, Falesia Beach, mini golf & other places throughout the Vilamoura areas.

There is a choice of 6 golf courses in Vilamoura including the Victoria Golf Course which The Masters was held.
